In a spinning studio capacity is literal: as many bikes, as many seats. Reservation.Studio Business keeps classes with the exact number of seats, waitlists, memberships, and corporate cards in one system, and clients book themselves — from your website, the Reservation.Studio catalog, or the app.

- **1 bike** — = 1 seat in the class; booking stops when the room is full
- **Waitlist** — a freed seat goes to the next person in line
- **Quotas** — seats for MultiSport and Coolfit apart from members

## From booking to the bike

Wherever the client comes from, a seat in the class is taken the same way and by the same rules.

- Website and widget
- Reservation.Studio catalog
- Google profile
- **7:00 class** — capacity = the number of bikes
- **Booked** — the seat is confirmed
- **Waitlisted** — moves in when someone cancels in time
- **Check-in** — the membership or card is used

## As many bikes, as many seats

In the class settings you set the maximum number of seats, how many of them one client can take, and whether a full class accepts a waitlist.

- Online booking stops when the seats run out.
- The per-client limit keeps bikes from being held “for a friend”.
- Clients cancel online themselves until the deadline you set.

## The same morning class, run two ways

- In a chat and a notebook: Bookings arrive in three chats and by phone → In Reservation.Studio Business: Every booking is in one schedule with the number of open seats
- In a chat and a notebook: A cancellation at 6:30 leaves an empty bike → In Reservation.Studio Business: A freed seat goes to the first person waiting
- In a chat and a notebook: Cards are checked at the door → In Reservation.Studio Business: MultiSport and Coolfit quotas hold on every booking
- In a chat and a notebook: Who paid for the month is worked out by hand → In Reservation.Studio Business: The membership shows how many rides are left

## Everything around the class is in the same system

- **[Memberships and cards](https://reservation.business/en/platform/memberships-vouchers)** — Plans with a validity period and a number of rides, with a per-period limit when you need one.
- **[TV display](https://reservation.business/en/platform/tv-displays)** — The day's schedule and open seats on a screen in the studio, connected with a code.
- **[Payments and balances](https://reservation.business/en/platform/payments-sales-balances)** — Memberships, single rides, and products go through one register and stay with the client.
- **[Reports](https://reservation.business/en/platform/reports-analytics)** — Fill rate per time and instructor, and which classes bring in revenue.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can class capacity equal the number of bikes?

Yes. Every class has a maximum number of seats, and online booking stops when they run out. Separately, you set how many seats one client can take — for example just one, so nobody holds bikes for friends.

### What happens when someone cancels at the last minute?

If the class accepts a waitlist, the freed seat goes automatically to the first person waiting, and the team gets a notification. You also decide whether and until when clients can cancel online themselves.

### Can I accept MultiSport or Coolfit?

Yes. For each service and price option you choose which corporate cards you accept and how many seats you reserve for them — for example part of the class for cards and part for members. The catalog shows clients which cards are accepted and how many seats are left.

### How do ride memberships work?

You create a plan with a validity period and a number of visits — overall or per service — and, if needed, a limit on how often it can be used in a period. At booking and at check-in the system checks what the client has left.

### What does the TV display show?

The group classes for the day or week, current occupancy, and your own banners. It runs on any screen with a browser — you connect it with a code in seconds. It is billed per screen.

### How much does it cost for a spinning studio?

The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl. VAT, plus the modules you use — from €13.50 a month for one instructor with online booking. The calculator on the pricing page works out the exact amount for your team.

### What usually needs to start first?

Classes, instructors, capacity, and online booking, then memberships and cards. The TV display, deeper reports, and marketing come once the base is running.
