No. The base is yours and transfers with you, and from there you have your own public profile in Reservation.Studio Marketplace, your own link, a widget on your site, and booking from your Google profile. A client who came through our Marketplace carries no new-client fee and no commission on their booking. ### How exactly does the client base transfer? No. Clients with their contacts and available notes are transferred from the export. That is the first thing we protect — the base you have built over years. ### What happens to appointments that are already booked? When the export contains upcoming appointments, we prepare them before the start so you open the day with a full calendar. If it does not, we agree together how to carry them over before you stop the old software. ### How much does the transfer cost? Transferring the launch data — clients, services, team — is free after a review of the export. If there is a lot of non-standard data, we first tell you what can move cleanly. ### How much will I pay after the switch? The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl.
