What owners ask most often before they switch
My clients used to find me through a platform — what happens to them?
Your client base is yours and it comes with you. In Reservation.Studio Business you get your own public profile in Marketplace, your own booking link, a widget for your website, and booking straight from your Google business profile. A client who finds you through our Marketplace carries no new-client fee, and their booking is not charged a commission.
How exactly does the client base transfer?
No. Clients with their contacts and available notes are transferred from the export. That is the first thing we protect — the base you have built over years.
What happens to appointments that are already booked?
When the export contains upcoming appointments, we prepare them before the start so you open the day with a full calendar. If it does not, we agree together how to carry them over before you stop the old software.
How much does the transfer cost?
Transferring the launch data — clients, services, team — is free after a review of the export. If there is a lot of non-standard data, we first tell you what can move cleanly.
How much will I pay after the switch?
The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl. VAT, plus the modules you use — from €13.50 a month for one specialist with online booking. No commission per booking and no new-client fee. The estimator on the pricing page calculates the exact amount for your team.
Will work stop during the switch?
No. The old software keeps working while we prepare the data, and you switch on a date you choose — usually on a quieter day for the business.
