Switching from Studio24

Switching from Studio24? Your clients stay yours, with no commission per booking.

If your salon has outgrown its current system, or you want a bill you can calculate in advance, switching does not mean starting from zero. We transfer clients, services, and team from a clean export, and you pay per people and locations — from €13.50 a month, with no booking fee and no new-client fee.

Data from the current system, a review, and a clean start in Reservation.Studio Business.

What transfers

You are not starting from zero

Transferring your starting data is free and begins with a review of the Studio24 export — so we can tell you honestly what moves cleanly and what needs manual tidying.

01

Clients with their contacts and available notes — the base you built over years.

02

Services, durations, prices, stylists, and locations.

03

Packages and memberships with remaining visits, when the export carries them in a clean structure.

04

Upcoming appointments, when the export allows it — so the working day does not stop.

How the switch runs

Four steps, without stopping the working day

The switch is not a leap into the unknown — it is planned and runs in stages while the salon keeps working.

  • You book a demo — during business hours we call back almost immediately and show the system on a sample salon schedule.
  • You download the Studio24 export and we review it together — we tell you what moves cleanly.
  • We transfer the starting data for free: clients, services, stylists, and the available schedule.
  • You go live on a date you choose with a full calendar; commissions, inventory, and the other modules are added when you need them.
Reviewing the data, transferring it, and a controlled start.

Questions about switching from Studio24

What salon owners ask most often when they switch

My clients used to book through a platform — do they stay mine?

Yes. The base is yours and it comes with you. The salon gets its own public profile in Reservation.Studio Marketplace, its own booking link, a widget for the website, and booking from the Google profile. A client who came through our Marketplace carries no new-client fee, and their booking has no commission.

How exactly does the client base transfer?

From the export, with contacts and available notes. It is the first thing we prepare — the base you built over years, not something left to sort out at the end.

What happens to appointments already booked?

When the export contains upcoming appointments, we prepare them before you go live so you open the day with a full calendar. If it does not, we agree together how to carry them over before you stop the old software.

Can each stylist have their own schedule and clients?

Yes. Services are set up per stylist, the client picks a person, a service, and a time when booking online, and the front desk sees the whole day in one place.

What will I pay after the switch?

The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl. VAT, plus the modules you use — from €13.50 a month for one stylist with online booking. No commission per booking and no new-client fee. The calculator on the pricing page works out the exact amount for your team.

Will work stop during the switch?

No. The old software keeps running while we prepare the data, and you switch over on a date you choose — usually a quieter day for the salon.
