AI connectors · beta

Ask about your business the way you would ask a colleague

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Reservation.Studio Business and ask in plain language — by typing or by voice. The answer comes from your own schedule, clients and reports, and if you say what to do, the appointment is booked, moved or cancelled.

From switching on to the first question

Four steps and you are talking to your business

  1. The owner switches it on

They switch AI connectors on for the business and choose who on the team uses them and who can make changes.

  2. You connect the application

You add your own Claude or ChatGPT to Reservation.Studio in a few steps, with the account you already work with.

  3. You ask or speak

You ask a question or give an instruction — by typing or by voice, whichever suits the moment.

  4. You confirm changes

Before every change, the application says what it will do and waits for your "yes".

Sample conversations

Ask the way you would tell a colleague

Pick a topic and see what the conversation looks like. The names and amounts in the examples are sample data.

Your day

The schedule and free times — in one question

Instead of opening the calendar and counting, you ask. The answer is laid out neatly and comes from your own schedule.

  • "What is my schedule for tomorrow?"
  • "When is there a free slot for a manicure on Thursday?"
  • "How many clients do I have on Friday afternoon?"
Conversation: the question "What is my schedule for tomorrow?" and an answer with four appointments, each with a time, client and service. Sample data.

Clients

Who has not been in, whose birthday it is, what we know about a client

You ask about your clients in plain language — by last visit, birthday, group or a specific person.

  • "Which clients have not been in for more than three months?"
  • "Whose birthday is this month?"
  • "Show me everything about Maria — when she was last in and when she is next booked."
Conversation: the question "Which clients have not been in for more than three months?" and an answer with three clients and an offer to add them to a group. Sample data.

Money

Takings, payments and commissions without reports and filters

You ask about takings, payment methods or commissions and get the numbers in the conversation. The next question continues from the previous one.

  • "How much came in this week?"
  • "How do clients pay most often — cash or card?"
  • "How much commission has Ivan earned this month?"
Conversation: the question "How much came in this week, by employee?" and an answer with the total and a bar chart by employee. Sample data.

Changes

Say what to do — the application describes it first

Booking, moving and cancelling appointments, blocking time, changing clients and working with the team's tasks — in one sentence. Before the change the application says what it will do and waits for your "yes".

  • "Move Ivan's appointments to Thursday."
  • "Block Ivan on Friday — he is on a training course."
  • "Which tasks are overdue? Ask Elena to order paint."
  • Only a person the owner has allowed can make changes.
Conversation: the request "Move Ivan's appointments to Thursday." and an answer that describes three appointments to move and asks whether to notify the clients. Sample data.

When your hands are busy

Speak instead of typing

Claude's voice mode works with the tools you have connected. You ask and give instructions by voice, and you listen to the answer.

  • "What do I have after lunch?"
  • "Cancel Ivan's appointments for tomorrow — he is ill."
  • Before the change the application says what it will do and waits for your "yes".
  • Which languages work for voice depends on the AI application itself.
Voice command "Cancel Ivan's appointments for tomorrow — he is ill." and an answer that describes cancelling three appointments and asks for confirmation. Sample data.

The control is yours

You decide who sees what and who can make changes

Off until you switch it on

The owner switches AI connectors on for the business. Until then, nobody uses them.

Each person separately

The owner chooses who on the team uses the connector and which of them can make changes.

Only what you can see

The connector reaches the data the person already has access to in Reservation.Studio, and nothing more.

Changes need your "yes"

Before every change — to an appointment, blocked time, a client or a task — the application says what it will do and waits for confirmation.

You stop it whenever you want

Each person can turn their own connector off at any time, and the owner can do it for the whole business.

The data goes to the AI provider

What the connector reads is handled by the provider of the AI application under its terms. That is why the choice is yours.

FAQ

What teams usually ask about AI connectors

What can I ask?

Anything you can already see in Reservation.Studio: the schedule, free times, blocked time, clients, services, the team, tasks and reports on revenue, payments, appointments and memberships issued. The answers come from your own data.

Can I use it by voice?

Yes, through the voice mode of the AI application. Claude has it on phone, desktop and web, and the tools you have connected work in it. Which languages are supported depends on the AI application itself.

Can it be wrong?

Yes. AI connectors are in beta, and AI applications can make mistakes. Check the important things in Reservation.Studio.

Can it do something without my knowledge?

Only a person the owner has allowed can make changes. Before every change the application tells you what it will do and waits for confirmation.

Who decides who uses it?

The owner. They switch AI connectors on for the business and choose for each employee whether to use them and whether to make changes. Each person can turn their own connector off at any time.

Which AI applications does it work with?

Claude and ChatGPT.

Where does the data go?

To the provider of the AI application you connect. The provider handles it under its own terms, which is why AI connectors stay off until the owner switches them on.
