Clients with their contacts and available notes — the base you built over years.
Switching from Fitsys
Switching from Fitsys? Your clients and memberships come with you — into one system for the whole business.
Whatever your business runs — a practice, a clinic, a salon, a studio, or a gym — switching does not mean starting from zero. Clients, memberships, services, and team transfer from a clean export, and from there the schedule, front desk, register, inventory, commissions, and reports run in one system. The price is calculated per people and locations — from €13.50 a month, with a public calculator.
What transfers
You are not starting from zero
Transferring your starting data is free and begins with a review of the Fitsys export — so we can tell you honestly what moves cleanly and what needs manual tidying.
Active memberships, packages, and cards with remaining visits, when the export carries them in a clean structure.
Services, classes, durations, prices, team, and locations.
Upcoming appointments, when the export allows it — so the working day does not stop.
What you get
What comes on top of the schedule
Reservation.Studio Business is one system for the whole business — which parts you switch on depends on whether you run a practice, a salon, a studio, or a gym.
One system for the whole business
Schedule, front desk, a sale with a fiscal receipt, inventory, commissions, and reports all work on the same data — no second tool and no manual re-entry.
Client record, documents, and consents
History, notes, photos, and signed consents stay on the client — for a practice or clinic this is the core of the switch.
Memberships, packages, and corporate cards
Remaining visits are visible at booking and payment, and MultiSport, Coolfit, and Sodexo are accepted per service, with seat quotas when you run group classes.
Register, fiscal receipt, and commissions
The receipt prints from the connected fiscal device (Datecs, Daisy), and the employee's commission is calculated from the same sale.
New clients from Marketplace, the app, and Google
The business gets a public profile in Reservation.Studio, a client app, and booking straight from its Google profile — the open slots come from the same calendar.
QR check-ins and a TV display
For businesses with open entry: the client scans on the way in and out, you charge entry or time spent, and the display shows the schedule and who is inside.
Free start for a small team
With up to 1 location, 3 employees, 100 clients, and 75 bookings a month you start without a subscription.
How the switch runs
Four steps, without stopping the working day
The switch is not a leap into the unknown — it is planned and runs in stages while the business keeps working.
- You book a demo — during business hours we call back almost immediately and show the system on a sample schedule for your type of business.
- You download the Fitsys export and we review it together — we tell you what moves cleanly.
- We transfer the starting data for free: clients, memberships, services, team, and the available schedule.
- You go live on a date you choose with a full calendar; the remaining modules are added when you need them.
Questions about switching from Fitsys
What businesses ask most often when they switch
I use Fitsys for a practice or clinic, not a gym — is this a fit?
Yes. The system covers both cases: the schedule runs by specialist and room, the client record holds history, documents, and signed consents, and payments can close at once or in installments. Group classes, cards, and check-ins simply stay switched off if you do not need them.
Will I lose my client base and active memberships?
No. Clients with their contacts and available notes transfer from the export. Active memberships, packages, and cards with remaining visits come across too, when the export carries them in a clean structure — that is the first thing we check.
Can I keep working with MultiSport and Coolfit?
Yes. For each service and price option you choose which cards you accept — MultiSport, Coolfit, Sodexo, and others — and you can reserve seat quotas for cards, drop-ins, and memberships.
What will I pay after the switch?
The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl. VAT, plus the modules you use — from €13.50 a month for one specialist with online booking. The calculator on the pricing page works out the exact amount for your team before we even talk.
Does it also handle open entry, not just scheduled appointments?
Yes. Check-ins is a separate front-desk view: the client scans a QR code on the way in and out, you charge entry or time spent, and the system shows who is inside. It works alongside the schedule, not instead of it.
Will work stop during the switch?
No. The old software keeps running while we prepare the data, and you switch over on a date you choose — usually a quieter day for the business.
