Spinning studio software: schedule, seats, and memberships
In a spinning studio capacity is literal: as many bikes, as many seats. Reservation.Studio Business keeps classes with the exact number of seats, waitlists, memberships, and corporate cards in one system, and clients book themselves — from your website, the Reservation.Studio catalog, or the app.

Capacity
As many bikes, as many seats
In the class settings you set the maximum number of seats, how many of them one client can take, and whether a full class accepts a waitlist.
- Online booking stops when the seats run out.
- The per-client limit keeps bikes from being held “for a friend”.
- Clients cancel online themselves until the deadline you set.

| In a chat and a notebook | In Reservation.Studio Business |
|---|---|
| Bookings arrive in three chats and by phone | Every booking is in one schedule with the number of open seats |

| Cards are checked at the door | MultiSport and Coolfit quotas hold on every booking |
| Who paid for the month is worked out by hand | The membership shows how many rides are left |

Spinning studio questions
What owners usually want clarified before a demo
Can class capacity equal the number of bikes?
Yes. Every class has a maximum number of seats, and online booking stops when they run out. Separately, you set how many seats one client can take — for example just one, so nobody holds bikes for friends.
What happens when someone cancels at the last minute?
If the class accepts a waitlist, the freed seat goes automatically to the first person waiting, and the team gets a notification. You also decide whether and until when clients can cancel online themselves.
Can I accept MultiSport or Coolfit?
Yes. For each service and price option you choose which corporate cards you accept and how many seats you reserve for them — for example part of the class for cards and part for members. The catalog shows clients which cards are accepted and how many seats are left.
How do ride memberships work?
You create a plan with a validity period and a number of visits — overall or per service — and, if needed, a limit on how often it can be used in a period. At booking and at check-in the system checks what the client has left.
What does the TV display show?
The group classes for the day or week, current occupancy, and your own banners. It runs on any screen with a browser — you connect it with a code in seconds. It is billed per screen.
How much does it cost for a spinning studio?
The price is public: €2.00 per employee + €3.00 per location a month incl. VAT, plus the modules you use — from €13.50 a month for one instructor with online booking. The calculator on the pricing page works out the exact amount for your team.
What usually needs to start first?
Classes, instructors, capacity, and online booking, then memberships and cards. The TV display, deeper reports, and marketing come once the base is running.
